When you call Basement Concepts, we will briefly discuss your project over the phone and schedule an in-home evaluation. You will receive a detailed estimate by email, including references, project description, total cost, payment terms and warranty.

We pride ourselves for providing potential customers with an unbiased reference list of our last twenty clients. We insist that potential customers call our references and those of other contractors. If other contractors cannot give you at least ten recent references, they would not be worth pursuing further.
